Internship Opportunities

Butterfly Pavilion offers internships throughout the year that give students real-world experience in invertebrate science, conservation, and education.

Interns work alongside our team while gaining hands-on experience in areas such as:

Entomology
Horticulture
Education
Exhibit interpretation
And other areas across the organization

Internship Details

Commitment

Internships are typically part-time and seasonal, requiring 2–3 days per week for 3–5 months.

Compensation

Most internships are unpaid, but students may be able to earn university credit depending on their academic program.

Independent Project

Interns complete an independent project and final presentation at the end of their internship to showcase what they've learned.
